Roots love drains They wrap their small roots around pipes to find weaknesses and when they find a small gap usually on a pipe joint they find a way into the pipe. Once in the pipe the roots can grow to open up the entry point.

We can cut most roots out of the drain using our root cutting equipment in conjunction with our high-pressure water jetter carried onboard our well-equipped vans.

The root cutting equipment cuts the roots using very high-pressure water with a rotating nozzle acting as a cutting tool. We also have more traditional methods which use the spinning mechanical cutters powered by high-pressure water. These will clear 99% of roots entering the pipe in a foul drain.
